How much is shipping and when will I receive my order?

Delivery is complimentary across Greece and Europe. Greek orders arrive within 2–4 working days, the rest of Europe within 5–7. Every piece travels in a double box with cork protection.
What is the returns policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days in the original packaging. Courier collection is free of charge and your refund reaches your payment method within 5 working days.
Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard and American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay, plus bank transfer for orders above €500. (In this demo, no real charge is ever made.)
Do you offer gift wrapping?

Every order arrives in the cobalt KYMA box with tissue and a wave seal, at no charge. A handwritten card with your message can be added at checkout.
How do I care for my porcelain?

Most pieces are dishwasher-safe on the glass cycle. For gilded pieces we recommend hand-washing, and never the microwave. Avoid thermal shock.
How do I track my order?

When your order ships you receive an email with a tracking number and a live link. Your order number (KY-…) also works over the phone with customer service.
The piece I want is out of stock — will it return?

Permanent collections are re-fired with every kiln load; seasonal pieces not always. Leave your email on the product page and we will notify you the moment it leaves the kiln.
